Great Stay Great Rate

The owner was very pleasant & when I arrived several hours late he checked me in & was very nice. I extended my stay by a day & it was easier than at other hotels. The property is older but well kept & clean. Much better stay than at more expensive hotels. You cannot beat the room rate & quality of this hotel. Will definitely stay again in the futute.

Was an older hotel..swimming pool had been filled in with concrete so court yard was not aesthetically pleasing. Area round hotel contained closed businesses and was right on the interstate. Rooms were clean and check in clerk was pleasant

Room at first looked ok however woke up to roaches crawling on me! Bed made popping sound with each movement. Pool was gone and filled in with concrete.. Would not recommend!

Great stay

I arrived a bit early butdecoded to go ahead and stop by. Themanagerwasa wonderful person so friendly. Anyway my room Was beautiful, and So very clean. My dogs were welcome. They had a station for them to explore. Poop station supplies. The room has a front door and each room has a sliding glass door. Heavy blackout draws and a very secure locking system. I enjoyed the red roof in. If stay in Madisonville again. I will stay here.

The room had been remodeled. With new furniture the walls were not done well by the paint crew still looked old with a new paint job. The bathroom didn't look to have been cleaned well. Desk attendant was not sure if we had already paid or not. Overall decent room for the price.

Not the best. Room was decent and looked somewhat recently renovated, but we had some bugs in there with us. Toilet made a loud and long train whistle type sound every time it was flushed. Requested rooms that were as close as possible together only to end up at opposite ends of the building, while being told they were close. The front desk did give us a new room that was closer to the first, but it was late and having to request a second time was annoying. Staff member was overall nice. Didn't quite appreciate the shared balcony with every other room on our side of the building either and found it strange that the 1st floor seemed entirely vacant and all guests had to stay in the 2nd floor. There were no signs of a renovation or anything... Anyway, we're not planning on returning.

I stayed here on Friday night to Saturday morning. The hotel rents to work crews working construction in the area. At 2 am, I was woken up by loud talking in Spanish and slamming doors at the rooms around my room. Then Saturday morning at 6 am, the boss is banging on doors and yelling outside at workers to wake up. I try to go back to sleep, and then the housekeeping workers come, talking loud outside the room. So not a night of good sleep for me. I realize hotels are not always quiet in the morning because guest leaving don't care other people are sleeping, but I think this situation was unreasonable.
