They couldn’t find our reservation even though we paid in advance. The place was under construction while we were there and had no warning about it. There was black mold in the bathroom. The free breakfast was not worth being free, we went out every morning.

Breakfast was good and had a decent amount of options. The hot tub was “closed for maintenance” which was disappointing for other members of my family. We also noticed tape still in our room from their renovations and a shirt from a prior guest on the floor between the bench and tv. Staff was overall friendly but one lady seemed very not wanting to chat with anyone. It was overall ok.

Staff at the front desk was either completely uncaring or had no idea how to provide any help whatsoever. Asked for an id and credit card, took a few minutes then just said enjoy your stay while hading time the room key. Provided no information at all. Room was absolutely filthy. Stained carpets, ripped up carpet between entryway and bathroom, and just overall unclean room. Other than breakfast no amenities were available and could not tell if they were older kids or what, but they were making noise past 10pm. Ended up checking out after only one night and was still charged for both nights.

Thermostat in the room was old and inaccurate. We had to put it at 90 degrees just to get some heat moving through the room. We got a towel with what looked like a blood stain on it. Our TV did not have a remote control. The hair dryer in the room didn't work. Booked this site specifically for the fact that it had a hot tub when we compared to similar locations. Hot tub was not working. Had we known that single factor we would have booked elsewhere. Staff were nice and were helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Room was under repairs with masking tape used a threshhold. Bathroom wall and towel makeup stained. Desk chair assembled backwards which was a tippy safety hazzard. The hot tub was down and pool over clorinayed smell even on 3rd floor and in lobby.
