"The view from our room was amazing! The view alone made the hotel great. The room needs a bit of an update but it was good for the one night we stayed. The floors were very creaky and the rooms were not soundproof so you could hear any noise from the hallway. I was a bit confused about where to check in but the staff was kind and helpful. "Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. "This resort is in an excellent location for tourists. Half way between the airport and the major city of Funchal. The views are stunning. The staff friendly and very pleasant. The food choices were vast and delicious. We signed up for the all inclusive and it was well worth it. Lots of great excursions, hikes, adventures, dining and shopping."

"We had the place to ourselves! It was like our own private resort…and the staff made it even more so! Cannot wait to return for a longer stay…and higher leaps off the cliffs into the ocean!"

"We had such a lovely stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It’s the little things that make a stay memorable, and this hotel certainly got them right. We felt relaxed, well looked after and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time here. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would highly...
