They were helping me to navigate getting across from Macao to mainland China and they went extra mile to look up China speed trains between cities and which exit to take for connecting trains. They made my travels much more enjoyable and less hectic. Many thanks for their out pouring concerns for my travels with many luggage’s to handle. "

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."

"Personally, I think that the hotel is well located, but the windows of the hotel are not soundproof enough. There is also a construction going nearby, the hotel staff should inform the guests earlier. Noises were made throughout the night which made our stay feel very nuisance & uncomfortable."

"Very nice staff for a very old (50 year) building. Lots of stairs(17) to get to the lift/elevator. Shower had 34 bells & whistles (knobs/water spouts) that did not have a purpose of function. -seems weird. Other than that, this was a great hotel. "
