We had a great stay. Good location. Property was very clean, including our room. We got upgraded during our check in which was very nice and the staff was flexible when we needed 1 hour late check-out. Breakfast buffet was great. There are some small details that could be improved such as having umbrellas. It was a very rainy day and they did not have one we could borrow.

Staff was excellent but both our rooms air conditioning was broken. Plus construction on our floor meant the hallways were open to the outside heat and humidity. The result was unbearable heat in the room. Staff tried to fix twice but to no avail.

I still like the place, but my A/C was broken and never worked well, the TV rarely worked, my safe had to be fixed and the mini-frig really did not cool anything. At least they finally fixed the flat tires on the luggage trolleys. While there is a lunch offering it is limited and just barely passable.

The first day when my wife and i showed up for check in the man at the frount desk VITOR asked to see my passport and then after looked at my wife and said will SHE be staying int he same room ! I replied thats my wife . My wife is black and I am white . It was a racial slure but thats Brasil . Was not expecting racism from a 20 something kid , If you think this is normal stay there ,if you have common sense go somewhere else .

Quarto amplo, limpo e com todas as comodidades. Equipe de funcionários muito educados e simpáticos. Ainda a area da piscina ainda está passando por reformas. O único que ainda precisa melhorar é a distribuição e quantidade de vagas no estacionamento.
