"Wonderful property. Had a small issue upon arrival (code wasn't working) so I called Paige and she was able to reset the code within a couple of minutes. Problem solved! The house is fantastic and incredibly well stocked especially with linens and towels. The screened in back patio and spa are real luxury features. Stayed two weeks and it felt like home. Only negative is that there isn't anything in walking distance. That said, we knew that going in so in no way were we disappointed. We prefer quiet over city living and it delivered on that. Also, everything you needed (Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, etc.) were in a very short drive away. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Shower curtain in dire need of being washed or replaced. It was pink at the bottom showing it hasn't been washed for quite a while. Nasty! Parking is horrific!!!! It is virtually impossible to find a place to park."

"The host was very responsive. The home was very clean and pleasant to stay at. The added pool house was a bonus for kids and teens. "

"Great stay. The weather was cold, even for February, so we didn’t get into the pool. One noticeable issue is that the front door has a finger-wide gap between the frame and the door from the doorknob to the floor, and a gap along the threshold and the bottom of the door. Daylight shines through it. Was down to the high 30s a few nights, and with cold air entering the gap, the house hvac was unable to keep the home warm. I temporarily solved the issue by placing painter's tape over the gap to block cold air from entering the home. Some weatherstripping needs to be added to avoid drafts and possibly creatures (we saw none).Two minor issues, but should be mentioned. The shower drain is slow. Also, dishwasher every other time after two runs, barely cleaning dishes. Resorted to manual washing of dishes.The privacy gate on the driveway, one half off hinges, and on the ground upon arrival. Just noted if the next renter has pets.Overall great stay, near my sisters, would rent again. Was second time renting in 3 years, love it. "

"We very much enjoyed our time in Tampa! Our group of 14 ranging from 15-76 enjoyed this luxurious house with great amenities. It was a great location and Dominic was a friendly and attentive host.The home is located in a very nice area. We walked the area everyday for exercise. Sometimes to Ballast Park and other times to local businesses. Some of our favorite stops were:-SOG for morning coffee and smoothies-Bocelli’s Modern Italian for some drinks at the bar and carry out pizza-Big Ray’s Fish Camp for great grouper sandwiches and cold drinks-Interbay Fish Market for amazing steaks and baconThe outdoor living space in the house was a huge hit with our crew. Coming from Indiana in December-January, we definitely wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to be outdoors and this home delivered in a big way for us. It was a fabulous space to be together outdoors. All the backyard attractions were as advertised! The indoor accommodations were a great space for us as well. The large kitchen table was great for meals and playing games. The sitting area off to the side in the kitchen as well as the sitting area in the bar were great areas for conversation and playing cards. The large comfy sectional in the family room received very positive reviews from our whole crew!!!We would definitely recommend this area and of course this home to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and luxurious stay in the Tampa area. "
