"We thought everything was good! Can’t give all stars, since there’s always room for improvement!! The room was clean except for those damn beetles. Had to kill a few so they quit dropping on us! The beds were good, and the breakfast was great. No need to improve that!! Ladies were very friendly at check in and out"

"We were moved to 3 different rooms. The sofa beds in first two room were disgustingly filthy. We took a regular double instead of a suite and it had a big puddle of water underneath the sprinkler right by the door. The microwave didn’t even work in the regular room. There was no price adjustment, were still charged suite price. When I tried to talk to man at the desk about it, he said it’s not their fault I wouldn’t accept the first 2 rooms they offered because they were available and ready! :("

"The room door did not latch when closed. It could be pushed open from the outside with no effort. It could only be locked from the inside using the deadbolt. Check in was quick but staff was not very welcoming. "

"Room and clean and comfortable! Elevators did not work so had to use the stairs. Because of everyone using the stairs there was loud banging everytime someone came throigh the door which made the morning a little difficult to get good sleep. "
