Le Ferratière - Charming studio in Vieux Lyon

You'll stay in this authentic 35 m² studio located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of an old building, close to the banks of the Saône and less than a 10-minute walk from Perrache and Vieux Lyon stations.

It features a bright, quiet living room overlooking the gardens, with a first double bed (140x190cm), a fully equipped kitchen area, a small and recently RENOVATED bathroom with a shower (note: the shower is a bit narrow and the ceiling is low due to the bathroom's layout), and a lovely, romantic mezzanine bedroom (height 1.60m) with a second double bed (140x190cm).

We provide a few welcome products (rice, pasta, condiments, a few coffee pods, tea, etc.).

Check-in is 100% independent from 3 pm thanks to a key box. Check-out is possible until 11 am.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
