At the desk, pay 10 hrivna and then keep climbing up, up, and up until you reach the open deck at the top of the tower. Then enjoy the view!

Geht so

Wir haben für 3 Nächte 2 Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht. Es gab nirgendwo die Info, dass der Parkplatz reserviert werden soll, wir waren enttäuscht, da wir das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Parkmöglichkeit reserviert haben. Uns wurde ein überwachter Parkplatz in der Nähe empfohlen (Kostenpunkt im Hotel 200 Griwna pro Tag, der empfohlene Parkplatz das vierfache!). Die Zimmer sind ok, es gibt alles, es ist warm, die Matratzen sind bequem. Die Dusche ist wirklich sehr klein, nicht für Menschen mit Platzangst geeignet. Ein Tipp: bitte bringt den Zimmermädchen bei, die Gäste zu grüßen. Als wir ausgecheckt haben, hat meine Tochter sich am Abend erinnert, dass sie ihr Ladekabel im Zimmer vergessen hat, ich habe sofort angerufen, es wurde aber "nicht gefunden", obwohl wir nirgendwo sonst geqesen sind. Wir kommen nicht noch mal. Ми забронювали через Expedia 2 номери без сніданків на 3 ночі. Ніде не було інформації, що потрібно бронювати паркомісце, ми були розчаровані, тому що готель вибрали в першу чергу через наявність парковки. Нам порекомендували парковку на Городоцькій (ціна в готелі 200 гривень/доба, на Городоцькій в 4 рази дорожче, хтось видно на цьому заробляє). Номери ок, все є, в них тепло, матраси зручні. Душ мініатюрний, в кого клаустрофобія, вам тут краще не зупинятись. Порада: навчити покоївок вітати гостей. Коли ми виїхали, ввечері донька згадала що забула свій зарядний в номері, я одразу зателефонувала, але його "не знайшли", хоча ми більше ніде не були

Gutes, ruhiges Hotel mit Parkgarage in Stadtmitte

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und verfügt über eine Eigene Tiefgarage. Ich war mit Filmcrew unterwegs, und wir sind sicher, dass wir das nächste Mal wieder dieses Hotel wählen werden!

Perfect location

The hotel is very clean. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and and helpful in giving advice and booking taxis etc. The hotel is attached to a Japanese restaurant where breakfast was served. The breakfast was adequate but not as good as i would expect for a quality hotel. Although we ate at 9am and breakfast was till 11am many dishes were nor refilled. The level of service in the restaurant was poor. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions but not on a main road so quieter. I would definitely stay again but not with breakfast included
