"The room was clean and comfortable, but there was only one plug socket in the middle of the room, not a convenient location. The breakfast was disappointing, we only ate it once then decided to eat out for the rest of the trip. Staff were friendly. The main issue is that the lift is very slow and small, trying to get out in the morning could take a while, we used the steps, but that wouldn't work for everyone, especially as we were on the 6th floor. Overall, a good stay in a good location."

"Staff was helpful upon arrival. Lovely clean and spacious room; the jetted bath was a nice surprise. Breakfast offered a diverse array of options, although there are a couple of nice patisserias around the corner. The only feedback is for the broken parking elevator and lack of help with transporting luggage as it can be quite the maze and trek from the front lobby."

"Amazing hotel! It’s super close to the train station, and the Colosseum is just about a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which makes getting around really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and it offered plenty of amenities. Love that you can wash your clothes before taking off. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay at one of their other properties in the future."

"I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star hotel. MetroC is 10min walk, just not safe at night."
