"I checked in, walked in to the room and saw the state of it and the thick smell of smoke. I waked immediately back to the front desk and turned my key in and asked for a refund. The guy at the desk wasn’t able to get management since it was so late, but made a note to them.
The next day, they refused my refund.
The place is trashy and the management is unreasonable. Don’t book here."
