Nice hotel. Room was very small with an odd layout. Bathroom was up 3 stairs from the foot of the bed. So weird. Otherwise, it was quiet, beds were comfy and the place is super clean.

My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot.

Nice Property

Overall, a good place to stay. For the price, I expected a little more in terms of elegance and luxury, but I can't think of a single complaint. The front desk and all hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was extremely convenient with the train station just being less than a 5 minute walk away.

Decor and furniture in less than typical price range of this room, but the room was clean. Heater did not work and needed portable heater. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent as well as proximity to the train station
