PLACED AT THE SECOND FLOOR, DEVELOPED ON TWO LEVELS, EQUIPPED WITH LARGE SPACES (A DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH A CEILING FAN, A TWO BEDROOM EQUIPPED WITH A CEILING FAN, A LIVING ROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED, TV AND WIFI, A BATHROOM) WITH SHOWER, A SECOND BATHROOM WITH BATH, SUPER ACCESSIBLE KITCHEN (DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE, ...,). ON THE UPPER FLOOR THERE ARE A LIVING AREA (WITH AIR CONDITIONING) AND A TERRACE WITH A SUPERLATIVE VIEW!
A TRUE AND RELAXATION CORNER IN THE HISTORIC CENTER OF LUCCA. VERY CLOSE TO THE CATHEDRAL (PIAZZA SAN MARTINO) AND TO THE CHURCH OF SAN GIOVANNI (WHERE THE CONCERTS OF CLASSICAL MUSIC AND OPERA ARE OFTEN).
AT A FEW METERS YOU WILL FIND A RENOWNED BAR / PASTRY MAKING A TASTY BREAKFAST AND A STORE THAT RENT BICYCLES. AN EXCELLENT POINT OF DEPARTURE TO VISIT ALL THE WONDERS OF LUCCA AND SURROUNDINGS. THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE ZTL AREA,SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REACH IT BY CAR. THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF PARK THE CAR FOR FREE AT 400 METERS OR FOR A PAYMENT AT ABOUT 200 MT.
THE TRAIN STATION IS ONLY 300 MT.

2nd visit to Lucca. Perfect location for centre and train. Apartment is fantastic,lots of space for 5 /6 adults. Hosts are brilliant,so friendly and helpful (booked a taxi for us to get to a winery). Such a lovely couple. Would stay here again and recommend to friends. 😁😁⭐️⭐️

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtetem Appartement sehr genossen. Ob bei Regen oder Sonnenschein, der Blick über die Terrasse Richtung Mauer und Dom ist einfach wunderschön und entspannend. Herzlichen Dank an Federica und Luca für den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Empfang am Abend. Zwei Anrufe von Federica und wir bekamen noch in einem nahegelegenem Restaurant ein hervorragendes Abendessen. La Terrazza Coccode- eine ganz besondere Unterkunft in dieser wunderbaren Stadt!

Great location

We had a lovely visit to Lucca at this property. The owners told us where to park our vehicle (as apartment is inside the wall) and met us at the location to explain everything. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything. The view from the balcony is wonderful and you are close to everything. There is a great bakery half a block away and shops and restaurants are an easy walk. You are close to the wall where you can walk daily. Great spot.

Wonderful stay in Lucca

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable home in Lucca, and were grateful for Fede and Luca’s kind help on our arrival. This is a perfect place to stay, with only a very short walk to to the centre, it was quiet, and has the most amazing view from the roof terrace.

Das Appartement ist Zauberhaft gelegen und der Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und die Stadtmauer ein tägliches Highlight. Perfekt gelegen in der Altstadt von Lucca und ein toller Ausgangspunkt um Lucca & die Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit der Bahn nach Pisa, Viareggio, Florenz oder mit dem Bus nach Collodi, Montecarlo oder Montecatini Alto - alles ohne Komplikationen möglich. Die große Küche lädt zum gemütlichen Essen ein, die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich, beide Bäder super sauber. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Federica and Luca are very attentive and friendly hosts. The apartment is as described except the only a/c is on top terrace floor. The beds are pretty comfortable. A short walk from the train station and also to restaurants and sights. Note that there are four flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The 2nd bathroom is up one flight of stairs from the bedrooms... so lots of stairs. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Nothing short of perfect!

Frederica and Luca are lovely. Communicating with Frederica leading up to our stay was so helpful. Luca met us at the train station and took us to the apartment. They spent time making sure we knew where we wanted to go. The apartment is right inside the walls - it can be a bit tough to drag luggage from the train station over the wall, but it’s a quick 10 minute walk and we’ll worth staying inside the walls. The beds were comfortable, living spaces were nice and the upstairs area/terrace was great. We will absolutely stay here when we return.

So so special!!!!!

Our hosts are the most gracious people! The apartment was spotless and beautiful in a great location. Our only regret was that our stay in Lucca was so short. The patio on the too floor was magnificent with beautiful sunny views and the perfect spot for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! I cannot wait to visit again!! Thank you Federica and Luca!!

45th wedding anniversary

We ended our one month Europe trip with a week at Lucca. We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary 3 days after arriving. I am struggling to come up with words to express how exceptional our experience was at Fredrica and Luca's beautiful apartment. Wonderful host. Perfect inside the walls location. Now advocating to everyone we know to visit Lucca and stay at this apartment. One of the best weeks we have ever had in our all of our travels.

Perfect location for exploring Lucca and VERY clean! Federica & Luca were so helpful and were great at communicating! 3 Sister’s holiday

We had a great time in Lucca lovely city. The apartment was everything we hoped for, each of us having own room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The balcony with the upstairs lounge offered wonderful views of mountains and streets below as well as Cathedral. Federica was very helpful.

Beautiful home in a great location in Lucca

The owners were wonderful from the start. Gave us good instructions, met us at the train station and gave us a ride. The place was wonderfully clean and well equipped. The balcony was used every morning for coffee and breakfast and a wind down night cap before bed. A great experience. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment to stay in beautiful Lucca!

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful apartment during our 2-night stay in Lucca. If you have the chance - stay here! The apartment: The apartment is even more beautiful in person. Although the pictures are accurate, they do not do it justice. The sun shining in, really brings beautiful ambient lighting to the place. The division of 3 floors gives you incredible space to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked, we used the washing machine and loved hanging out upstairs on the 3rd floor every night and morning. The views are amazing. The shower was also the largest one of our stays throughout Europe, so it was a really nice treat! Federica and Luca are the ultimate hosts! They are lovely to work with, gave us a great tour of the house and even left wine and water in the fridge for us to enjoy. Location: It cannot be beat. You are close to everything Lucca has to offer. Great restaurants near by, local markets to pick up fruit and a good coffee shop a block away. We rented bikes twice, went to a local winery and even took a cooking class in someone's house, which was so cool.

Amazing Apartment in Lucca!

We were so happy we selected Federica and Luca's apartment in Lucca. It was a beautiful apartment and we enjoyed the patio area on the top floor and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed! We stay in VRBO's frequently and this apartment was perfectly set up with provisions for our stay making everything so easy. We use the kitchens so the fact that it had everything we needed was very helpful. Thank you Federica and Luca!
