Stairs to the loft are narrow and slippery, very dangerous Concierge office is not open, I use Expedia when traveling because I do not like surprises, This booking was full of unpleasant surprises. Very disappointed. When we arrived, we were lucky to find a kind waiter in an adjoining restaurant who spoke English and contacted the caretaker who works from home.
