Great Luxury Resort. We loved free Shuttle Service around the property. Food and drink were good but the price was on the expense side. My son played golf at the resort and he said it was an amazing golf course. Villa was wonderful with a lot all amenities needed including a washing machine. Overall we had a great stay.

Great stay at the Vale de Lobo resort - staff could not have been more helpful. A few hiccups with dated air con and a safe which didn’t lock but they sent out maintenance quickly both days. Excellent resort - pool great. Could do with upgraded sun loungers and updated air con but all in all, an excellent stay. Shuttle around the resort very convenient and all staff at the restaurants very kind and friendly. The Praca area was a safe area for kids and the resort itself is immaculate.

The resort was lovely. We booked last minute and had a nice one bedroom with a patio. They had bread, butter and jam ready. The staff was extremely helpful and I felt like was at another World Class Resort. My only comment is our room seemed dated and use an upgrade or be refurbished. However, it was a great resort and I would highly recommend staying there next time you are in Faro area.

The resort itself is impressive and golf courses are stunning. The pool area by the beach has great facilities and restaurants. The food at main reception restaurant is exceptional unfortunately the process of ordering is slow. As for the apartments, if I’d have understood the complex I would have booked a two bedroomed property or apartment. As it happened we had two separate apartments opposite each other. They were wasteful in space for two people I thought, but the main downfall was the condition, it was dated, the back sliding doors were held together with, what I can only describe as a, child kitchen cupboard safety clip. Which kept falling off. Meaning security was practically nil and void. The bathroom was so dated, grout, silicone, basins all facilities were in bad shape. The whole apartment needed a revamp. When you see the wealth of the surrounding private properties, they’re a bit of a let down, especially knowing we paid a a decent amount of money, they’re unfortunately not worth the price. I would return but not to these rooms.

Hotel is very quiet. A little far from all the action but perfect if you want a quiet, peaceful hotel away from all the people and noise. It was clean and beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. Will be back for sure as it was an amazingly relaxing vacation.
