"Parking was disappointing as you have to pay on top of your room charges and its under construction. There was a girls dance competition in town and it was very noisy all around tge hotel."

"The front desk staff were incredible. Very friendly and welcoming! Room was clean, water pressure was great, bed was comfy. The parmesan fries at the bar are absolutely delicious! Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The parking garage across the street also had free EV charging."

"I spent two nights at the Omni and truly did not want to leave. My visit was exceptional from start to finish. My room was clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding. The ambiance was so inviting that I found it hard to leave, though I was in town for a conference and spent much of my time on the mezzanine level. That space was also beautifully designed, comfortable, and very appealing. I ordered in-room dining, which arrived quickly, and everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Jessica from in-room dining took my order and even called after delivery to make sure everything was correct. She was professional, thoughtful, and attentive. The staff member who delivered my food was also incredibly kind and professional, and I wish I had caught his name. The front desk team was excellent at both check-in and checkout, making the entire experience seamless. Overall, I would highly recommend the Omni for its cleanliness, amenities, beautiful guest rooms, and exceptional staff. If I’m ever in Louisville again, I would absolutely stay here."

"Breakfast was excellent!!!! We understand that it is an older hotel, however the TV was tiny and all the cords hanging down took away from the charm. The furnishings in the room could be updated, but it was still very very nice. Staff was GREAT! Restaurants also wonderful, clean, great service and great food."

" ⸻ We really enjoyed this hotel, which was beautifully repurposed from a 1800s hat company. The architect who designed the space did an outstanding job—the character and detail throughout are impressive. While the rooms were a bit tight, they were still comfortable and manageable. Breakfast was fantastic and served in a unique speakeasy-style space in the basement, which added to the overall experience. Mark, the host in the restaurant, was excellent—friendly, engaging, and full of great knowledge about the building’s history, which made the stay even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Louisville. "

"Complimentary breakfast had a really good variety and options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was effortless and clear with hotel amenities. The room was clean and fresh; bathrooms were well kept. I mattress was definitely starting to wear out but still sleep able. "

"Great location. Walkable to everything downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Many more options than the standard fare. Definitely would stay again if I am in Louisville."
