"I will never attend to this place again really bad experience a lot of things were broken down to the toilets air conditioners and some of the chairs the customer service was terrible no help with anything and I had to pay additional money after I booked and paid for the rooms I felt I was robbed "

"The communication for airport pickup was excellent, the check-in process was easy, the restaurant on premise was really good food. The room was clean, and cleaned everyday. The location of the hotel is great within 5 minutes of Playa Alicia and 8 minutes from Sosua Beach. I will stay again."
