Front Desk people are really helpful and all very kind. Rafael helped me when i checked in and he was very helpful with my early checkin request. Also theres a guy that works at night i didnt have a chance to ask his name was but he would always open the door for us with his FORCE whenever we go back to the hotel so late.
My only complaint was how was the room prepared for the two rooms i booked. When we check in they have forgot someone else pants in the hanging rack which happens all the time but also we didnt get to use our coffee machine because it was missing parts to put the coffee packets.. The other room where my cousin was staying at she said the carpet smells really bad in her own words (smells like feet) .
Overall the stay was nice and easy. Thank you again
