TLDR: Not the worst place in L.A., but I would look elsewhere.
Be prepared to circle the blocks surrounding the property for a while. There is VERY limited street parking, and we were ill prepared for how much of a hassle it would be to find parking close to our building. The walls are also extremely thin. There is no staff on site, just cameras and the occasional maintenance person. We also found an empty water bottle in our room upon arrival, but other than that it was pretty clean. There is also no ceiling fan or any way to control air flow in this room, which is disappointing because this is very obviously a newly constructed building. We tried to contact the management through the provided number, but were unsuccessful. The money that you save staying here rather than a big hotel will probably be spent on bringing your own food, so unless you don’t have many other options, I’d opt for somewhere else with guaranteed parking at least.
