Went in the back and then told me (oh, Expedia) over booked you and they tried calling you. Which was a lie.
I showed her my phone. She also said they had no room,
For me and if I want she could check another hotel. She
Kept asking me several times (Do you have money?) I
Felt offended. I asked her why do you keep asking me if I have money, she replied and said you have to pay for your hotel again, I told her I already paid for my hotel. Why would I have to pay again. With a attitude she said I don’t
Want to argue with you, I told her l’m not arguing with you.
I repaid for a hotel and you want me to pay again? I got ahold of Expedia, the person told me (Expedia) didn’t
Over booked or cancelled your reservation but I would be happy to get you another hotel and you don’t have to pay again. My family and I, have stayed in this hotel for many years a few times a year. Never again! I saw homeless people in the back. And a lot of men hanging around. I was just there in October and now I didn’t feel safe.
