This quality 3-bedroom, two-bathroom town house offers its guests the comfort of multiple living areas and superb ocean views encompassing Lorne Pier, breaking waves and coastline. Premium central location, one street back from the main street of cosmopolitan Lorne, the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket are a mere stroll. Once you arrive there is no need to drive anywhere.
The property is set over two storey and features stylish timber floors and warm carpeted bedrooms, all which featuring air-conditioning too. Upstairs features a large LCD TV, sun drenched deck, reading lounge perfect for soaking up the views as well as an air-conditioned open plan kitchen and dining area, and a fully En-suited master bedroom. All furnishings are new and comfortably accommodate up to 8. Perfect for 1 or 2 families.
The ground level is a haven for kids young and not so young, with the garage area set up as a second living / rumpus room, compete with couches, large LCD TV, and pool table with no doubt one of the best outlooks found in a garage along the whole coast. Other features include off street parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, outdoor hot shower, BBQ and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
