"We absolutely loved being here and feel blessed to have had the opportunity! This home was perfect in many ways. The garden and beach, comfy pillows and beds, everything we needed to cook our own meals. I especially liked the screeened in patio and the nice grill. Barbados beach is a dream! We saw many sea turtles along our beach walks. Conch Beach is closeby where we found 51 conch shells! We couldn't take that many home, so we left to help beautify the garden even more. "The home is beautiful and on the very private North Caicos. If privacy is what you want - this is the place for you!Be mindful that you will be subject to the ferry schedule to get to and from Providenciales so that will limit the time that you can spend there. That can make planning certain activities challenging.Even so, the home is outstanding and everything is clean and really good working condition - especially the A/C.The property manager, Regine, is a wonderful woman. She is very helpful, responsive and just has a great big heart!Can't wait to go back!"

"My crew & I booked for three nights & stayed here not even 24 hours. The women at the property was very welcoming she wasn’t one of the host. If you are afraid of infestation do not book here. I understand rules & policy we all have them,when your guest check out not even 24 hours after check in you should be willing to accommodate them 100%. No I’m not saying a full refund but geeesshhhh act like you have a heart & refund a portion of their funds. "

"Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all."

"Overall it was enjoyable for 3 nights. Lots of small things missing. No bedside light. No utensil for frying pan. No dish rack for dishes. No tea towels. Inaccurate directions. Just need to know it’s opposite the high school.phone number for Paul I got no answer having rung twice at specified time. Not told Anna is on property to receive guests. "
