"Great home in a very quiet neighborhood. Less than 5 minute drive to downtown. There were four of us, comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms on the second floor. House lends itself to outdoor living, with lovely pool and covered patios on the 3rd and 4th levels."

"This is a wonderful place to stay when you want to get away to a small location and have privacy.It is one home away from the south point of the Malecon where you can take your walks along the waterfront. The length of the Malecon is approximately 3/4 miles long and it does have access to the plaza area however there are more direct ways to walk to the plaza.The area is very close to get to many attractions, stores, restaurants and other commercial businesses. A car is not necessary, however there is a National Car Rental across the street from this guest house for those guests that want to see beyond the local area. Our car rental was approximately 75 US plus fuel for a one day rental. It is an upstairs unit (very spacious) with a separate entrance. Peter and Ron live downstairs with a totally different entrance. They are accessible if needed however they will not intrude on your time there. The guest house consists of 4 basic and spacious rooms. A large, complete kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, range and all the accessories needed for meal preparation. Outside, we used the BBQ for 4 different dinners during our stay.The air conditioners were very efficient in cooling down the guest house when we would arrive back from a busy day.The pool is private and it is all for the guest to use at their leisure. It is out the back patio and then downstairs. Also downstairs is a laundry room and toilet for guests to use as needed.Highly recommend this location in Loreto."
