The room was really nice. The hotel looked and smelled clean. The breakfast was great. All of the hot food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and polite, and they called and made sure that everything was good. And it was close to many restaurants in a great location.

The room was dirty - meaning stains on carpet, bed spread and lamp was pealing paint. I also tried calling front desk and was on hold for over 5 mins while trying to get a hour later on my check out time. The door says 11:00 and the front desk sign says noon, btw. I asked for an additional hour and he ( Jose) said sure I can do noon…ummm that is the check out time!! Thanks! Also we had a large group there and hoped the bar would serve us a round but she was quick to close up at 10:00 - disappointing

One of the front desk ladies seems super friendly and nice to other ethnicities. However, her tone of voice and facial expressions said other wise when i got to the front. There was no shampoo what so ever in the restroom, no extra toilet paper, needed clean towels the following day… i called about it. Never got a refill or towels. Had to go to the front my self and ask for it. Wouldnt stay again
