  • Beautiful beachfront unit on the 5th floor with amazing beach and sunset views. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with many modern upgrades. Master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has two twins. The master bath is a walk-in shower. Second bathroom is tub/shower combo. Come make this your home for a month or more.

    30 day rental required. It is located in Beachplace, which is a premier gated community on South Longboat.

    There is ample closet space throughout, with a washer/dryer in-unit. The condo has high speed wireless internet and cable TV, water and electric included in price.
