Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating.

Strand Palace Hotel
Staff were professional and friendly. The room was a single room but had everything I needed. The chocolate was a lovely touch - thank you!

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Hotel is in a great location, lobby is really smart and everything clean enough. Only issue is the room is very dated nowadays. Bathroom very tired also. Needs updating.
