Fantastic hotel, great location, and the staff were brilliant. Listening to live music in the champagne bar was a lovely way to end a night after going to the theatre
Just amazing!! From the moment we walked in until the check-out time, everything was absolutely amazing!!! I have seen many 5 star hotels but this one is probably the best I’ve ever been to. The staff do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Exceptional service!
Very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff is very nice. You can feel the owner runs it by the heart. The hotel is rather quiet in the night so we all can sleep well. I will come again when I go back to London!
Fabulous welcome . Made to feel important and valued .
Room well proportioned . Air con worked , hot water hot .
Breakfast a little uninspiring but service quick and personal .
Best customer service I’ve experienced in a hotel. Every single member of staff we interacted with was brilliant. Very clean hotel, extremely comfortable and lovely pool.
Absolutely top-notch wonderful hotel. The staff was so helpful and courteous. The spa was wonderful after a long day.
Close to literally everything. We could not have asked for a better hotel for our London stsy
This is a fabulous unique hotel centrally located in London. The Londoner is beautiful, awesome rooms, unique offerings including restaurants, evening entertainment, great Spa & Pool.
But this is highly complimented by great staff willing to help anytime. I recall Tyler offering great support when I really needed it to get to a tour that we had signed up for. Then there was Ola at checkout time who guided us very well about getting an official London Taxi to the Heathrow as opposed to Uber (The London Taxi have access to the Bus Lanes!).
We plan to visit the Londoner at some future point....perhaps bring our kids too!
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The property is good and the service is also very good. The breakfast at the Residence is basic but good. It is nicely done up. The only negative I found was that the size of the room was very small and all I could see outside were dirty roof tops. I requested another room but I was told that this is the only room I can get for the price I paid to Expedia and an upgrade would cost me 75 pounds per day extra. Very disappointing.
The property has had a good upgrade and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was okay but small and paying the price I paid for the night I would have expected better (not a Shard) the location was great for what we wanted to do. The restaurant staff were great but the food in the signature restaurant took me back to the 80s poor presentation and small portions and menu was dated but that said the wine and whiskey was good.
Comfortable hotel, great location and very helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable but there is so little wardrobe space it’s impossible to unpack even a small suitcase.
By far one of our best stays in the capital and we’ve stayed in many fantastic hotels there. The room, the staff, the food, the facilities were all perfect. The only downside was the pool wasn’t open which was a reason why I had originally booked the hotel but understood the situation as to why it wasn’t.
Great property right in the middle of everything. The spa was great, the food was great, and the staff were exceptional. Two things that brought it down a bit, as other have said the non-suite rooms are small, which would not have been a big deal BUT there was NO storage. One drawer and a place to hang things. That was it, we lived out of our suitcases. Also, no refrigerator was a bummer. Not a huge deal but if the point of this is to better enable travelers to make the right decision for them, worth mentioning.
