Confortable and well-organized room, clean place, nice staff. A good place to stay. The arsenal and the Thames river are amazing spots nearby. Well served by Woolwich Elisabeth line and DLR stations.

I wish the room had a window that could open And my room wasn’t fully clean when I went in. There was an unfolded or used towel in the washroom. Generally it was clean but I wish it was better asthetically. Outside the cigarette butts all over the grounds was atrocious. The staff at the beefeater restaurant was rude to me and gave me a dirty tea cup for tea.

The Premier Inn London Woolwich Royal Arsenal is located at 20 minutes of Central London using the Elizabeth Line. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff is kind and helpful. The vicinity includes the former Royal Arsenal that is open and worth a visit. A good experience.

I just got back from my trip to London and the my stay at Premier INN was awesome. The staff was great and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed was really comfy and I slept well. I would def stay here again!

The hotel is easily accessible by the subway and buses. The room is spacious. Tea and coffee with milk and sugar are readily available both inside the room and in the lobby. Mugs and spoons are provided. However, the rubbish bins should have been emptied every day. The flush button was not easy to be pushed and the flush was not strong enough.

Mixed feelings about this stay. I stayed here solo for leisure, 12 nights. The price was very competitive, and the location is excellent — close to several public transport options (Elizabeth Line, Thames Clipper, DLR, and National Rail), with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Unfortunately, the housekeeping fell short. While the bedsheets, towels, and bathroom were perfectly clean, the room itself was quite dusty, and turning on the A/C would send dust particles into the air — not ideal for anyone with allergies. The bedsheets were only changed on day 10 of a 12-night stay, which felt poorly scheduled, and I received just one set of towels. I requested an extra set at the reception but never got it. There was also a bit of mold near the window, likely from condensation and poor air circulation. It wasn’t bad enough to ask for a room change, but overall the experience felt subpar for a 3-star hotel. Also, a small fridge in the room would have been appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays, but for a short trip it might still be OK. Management should consider slightly raising prices and investing more in proper housekeeping.

The room was not fully clean when we checked in. No vacuum done. It was late in evening so we reported next morning at reception but it was not done. We asked for full room cleaning again it wasn't done & lady at reception was a bit rude. During entire stay no one cleaned the carpets or bathroom pot or refilled the tissue box in bathroom. One of the male members of staff & reception was more amicable and helped in best possible way. There were 3 people staying in room with extra bed but towels were always provided for 2. We had to fetch everytime from 3rd floor to reception as there was no phone facility in room. Finally the breakfast was a make shift arrangement in restaurant on ground floor with no salad options at all. The cup kept close to coffee machine was holding the small spoons. Someone had put in a used tea bag in the same cup and no one bothered to clean it at all. Overall - the stay experience was quite bad!

Das Zimmer war sauber, auch wenn der Teppichboden älter ist und irgendwas unter dem Bett stand (vermutlich Beistellbett). Bad und alles sonstige in gutem Zustand, sauber und praktikabel. Klimaanlage funktionierte. Egal ob an oder aus, das Zimmer roch nicht unangenehm. Die Zimmerreinigung muss man am Vortag bestellen. Für mich war das in Ordnung. Sehr nah an der Elizabeth line (3 min zu Fuß). Direkt zur Stadt oder Flughafen.

Sauberes aber zum Teil lautes Zimmer durch die Hauptstraße, welche gegenüber liegt. Das Frühstück ist grandios. Das kostenfreie WLAN sollte schneller sein.
