The room was clean and fine for an overnight stay. Close to Terminal 5 and the ability to have coffee, breakfast and dinner right at the hotel makes it convenient too. My husband and I are elderly and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The meals were very good for Hotel food.

Hotel was very clean, and staff was extremely helpful. Airport bus came right to the hotel and took us to the airport. Way less expensive than an Uber.

Rooms are big size, bedding are clean and comfortable. We really liked this hotel alot. Definitely stay here if you needing to bee close to the airport. They are not however any closer to the airport than other hotels in the area. I would most definitely stay there again!!

The name of the hotel is misleading. We thought the hotel was at the airport - Terminal 5. It’s a bus ride away. Don’t think this hotel is at the airport. You’ll be disappointed. Staff was nice and helpful.

Very clean room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming, nice, and helpful, and there's a Costa in the lobby that stays open late. Bus to Heathrow Terminal 5 is right outside the hotel, which is very convenient.
