The studio features an open-plan layout, combining the living and bedroom area. Relax on the comfortable corner sofa while watching your favourite shows on the widescreen TV (Smart tv - own log-in necessary) or stay connected with loved ones using the free Wi-Fi provided. A cosy double bed awaits you at the end of the day, adorned with hotel-quality linen and towels for your comfort.

The fully fitted kitchen is separate and equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, and washing machine. All the necessary kitchenware, such as saucepans, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, and more, are provided, making it easy for you to prepare your own meals if you prefer staying in.

The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, along with a toilet, bidet, and sink. We provide free toiletries such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper for your convenience.

For business travellers, we offer a business-friendly setup with a comfortable desk and chair, electrical outlets, and a rail to hang clothing with hangers, ensuring you can work efficiently during your stay.

Other things to note

-Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
-The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
- The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
-Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for an additional charge
-We provide single-use toiletries for the first two days of your stay
-Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Property is not suitable for children

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
