Staff was very friendly, we booked a duplex which was just really amazing. Definitely recommend if you are honeymooning, the spa was relaxing, and the afternoon tea was a great experience.

Such a wonderful hotel stay for my first time in London. The staff were all lovely, and the room exceeded expectations. The location of the hotel is great for public transportation around the city, and you are very close to the beautiful Canary Wharf. I will definitely be staying here again, and couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

This hotel is definitely unique! There are porcelain figures, dolls, and clowns everywhere in the public areas. Thankfully not in the rooms. My room was on the mezzanine and lacked natural light because the only windows were at knee-waist height. Strange. Lovely breakfast in the mornings and decent bar for the evenings
