Location is superb, bus and tube stations are right at corner, quite a few good restaurants near by. Very close to Tower Bridge and Liverpool St station. Although it is located in a central location but on a quiet street with nice view if you book a sky level. Unit is super spacious with over 320 sqft size, fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and an oven! Bathroom is spacious as well with a large shower. Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well! Nothing else to complain about except couldn’t get a view of the Tower Bridge.:)

I’ve stayed here loads and it’s always been good but this trip was awful, dirty room with hair everywhere, aircon didn’t work at all and only one lift for a 21 storey hotel. Staff weren’t interested.

The room was a great size and very comfortable. It had everything you would need and the bathroom is a great size. There is some minor wear/tear/stains which is to be expected but everything was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and check in/out was a breeze.
