With a mini-kitchen, dining area, TV, and coffee machine, it’s designed for your relaxation. Professionally cleaned between visits, with secure lockbox entry, this space is a perfect quiet retreat for a restful night. Whether you're here for work or leisure, we can't wait to welcome you to this peaceful getaway.
This basement flat consists of one open-plan kitchen, living and sleeping room, plus a small bathroom with a shower. Professionally cleaned and managed. Stamford Hill Overground station is just a two minute walk away, which means Liverpool Street and Shoreditch in the city centre is only a total of 15-20 minutes away. The whole city is easy to explore from here!

The flat is ideally located between two fantastic London neighbourhoods, Stoke Newington and Stamford Hill. Stoke Newington has an enviable mix of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars as well as beautiful green spaces like Clissold Park and Abney Park. It’s popular with hipsters and families alike. Just to the north of the flat, you also have the Woodberry Wetlands - well worth exploring.
Expect to find tree-lined streets and large houses in Stamford Hill. There are also green spaces nearby, such as Springfield Park. Away from the hustle and bustle of zone one, this is a more relaxed pace of life popular with families. Stamford Hill has a large Jewish community. In fact, Stamford has the third-largest Hasidic Jewish population in the world after New York and Israel. And there are several popular Kosher restaurants in the neighbourhood too.
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:
1. £250 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £25 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through a STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.
• Pet allowed for stays booked from May 8, 2024 onwards.
