This property is fully secured with an alarm system and fully closed garden, and at least 2 inside property car parking.

This property provides full Wifi and satellite international television.


But the best place of all, beside the modern, renovated and clean indoor, is our elegant 60m2 infinite pool, with swimming corridor of 15 m long and a Jacuzzi for 5, a nice beach area for the small once, a 100m2 teak sun deck with wooden and designed out door furniture, a ‘surfers” pool bar that everyone can’t get away, a 7 m corner stone sofa facing the sunset, a beton Ping-Pong table for endless games and a French “Petanque” field for challenging family and friends contests, a nice biological vegetable Mediterranean garden for delicious salads and a large BBQ area ! This entire area is facing the sea, with no neighbors nearby allowing peace and full privacy !
