  • The most breathtaking Infinite Pool area of Theologos Bay !
    Modern, (completely renovated), Well designed outdoors areas for family and friends “get together”, very peaceful (cause 400m from the sea) , fully over looking the Big Blue, and South oriented allowing fantastic sunsets over the Infinite pool and the sea, this owner property has been thought to relax in a safe environment and to enjoy the Greek hospitality.

    The Property is 120 km (1h30) from Athens airport, or from Athens city center all by highway and close to Delphi and on the way to Thermopiles or Meteors.

    This property offers 4 Master bedrooms with their own bathroom, 1 single room and 1 kids/teen room for 4 kids. Each bedroom and the living room area, are fully equipped with Air conditioned Units, nets over each windows, south sea view, fresh veranda and large shadowed terraces.
    This property is fully secured with an alarm system and fully closed garden, and at least 2 inside property car parking.

    This property provides full Wifi and satellite international television.


    But the best place of all, beside the modern, renovated and clean indoor, is our elegant 60m2 infinite pool, with swimming corridor of 15 m long and a Jacuzzi for 5, a nice beach area for the small once, a 100m2 teak sun deck with wooden and designed out door furniture, a ‘surfers” pool bar that everyone can’t get away, a 7 m corner stone sofa facing the sunset, a beton Ping-Pong table for endless games and a French “Petanque” field for challenging family and friends contests, a nice biological vegetable Mediterranean garden for delicious salads and a large BBQ area ! This entire area is facing the sea, with no neighbors nearby allowing peace and full privacy !



    I am from Belgium, we (my husband and I) are the owners, and my goal, through my renting is to have my guests enjoying Greece as much as I love this country (and my Greek husband !!!) for more than 15 years !!!
    I personally will help you, from your first email to your last day in Theologos, to have the best time with your family and friends, in my property ! Wonderful family vacation!

Loved the property! The home overlooks the water and is on the hill above a small Greek village that has many great restaurants and cafes and a small beach area. The infinite pool is what sets this house apart from all the rest. Anne, the owner of the house, I just cant say enough about the communication and all the information she gave us for our stay. We were a family of 14. And this house was perfect! I would come back in a heartbeat!

Pretty Much Perfect!

The house is beautiful, but the view is perfection (one of my friends saw a photo I posted of the view and asked "Is this heaven?"!). Ample room for our party of 10. Main level bedroom was perfect for my parents (both in their late seventies). Comfortable beds (at least the ones in our room - and I didn't hear any other complaints). Having A/C in this record hot summer was very welcome, but we managed to stay cool with the electric fan and the pool a lot of the time. It's just a wonderful layout, and we could easily have spent the whole trip in the house itself, but its also in a wonderful, friendly, quiet community with easy access to everything Central Greece has to offer. We enjoyed quite a few day trips (unfortunately the fires near Athens stopped us from getting to Corinth and Mycenae, but we still had plenty of other places to visit). The kids loved the nearby beaches almost as much as the pool. The supermarket in the village provides everything we needed, and there are some wonderful tavernas as well. All the family agreed this was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. Anne's communication was great, and we had no problems at all during the stay. This will be the first place we look for availability when we come back to Greece.

Séjour magnifique

Maison très propre, confortable et très bien équipée. Terrasse superbe avec grand BBQ. Piscine incroyable, vraiment géniale. Vue magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas! Propriétaire très disponible pour régler efficacement les petits problèmes éventuels (WiFi par exemple). Terrain de pétanque et table de ping pong mais peu d'espace jardin pour des jeux de ballon.

Superbe villa typique avec vue panoramique

Cette maison est située à une bonne heure de route de l'aéroport international via l'autoroute puis un bout de nationale, ... quelle belle découverte, dans ces colline le long de la côte sur ces paysages escarpés. Le Grand living et sa terrasse pergola attenante nous a permis de tenir tous nos repas de grande tablées - et les brunchs avec vue sur les iles, ... Nous occupions la chambre du bas -a au niveau piscine et étions tout à fait un calme. Nous avons appréciés les parties de ping-poing, les jeux dans la piscine à débords mais surtout la visite du vieux port de peches et la ballade sur l'eau. Sans oublier le soir, sur le toit monter regarder les étoiles, .... un lieu idéal pour retrouver le temps de vivre avec la nature.

Très belle vue ! Et pourtant...

Nous étions 16 personnes (8 adultes et 8 enfants) Les + - Magnifique vue - Belle piscine - Espace de vie extérieur très agréable en communauté avec bar, cuisine extérieure, ping pong - Échange avec la propriétaire très agréable avant la location, très réactive Les - - Équipement global de la maison trop cheap au vue du montant de la location (vieux matériel de cuisine, fenêtre impossible à ouvrir, portillon de la rue cassé, clim qui fait bcp de bruit dans une chambre, machine à laver qui nous lache pendant le séjour sans possibilité d'intervention...) - beaucoup de règles à appliquer donné par le propriétaire à notre arrivée et 3h de Check in à s'entendre dire tous ce que les locataires font de mal... Nous sommes coutumiés des locations saisonnières et d'un comme un accord avec tous nos amis présents, quelques travaux et renouvellement d'équipement, associés à un accueil plus agréable basé sur la confiance feraient de cette maison le parfait endroit pour résider en Grece.

Villa paradisiaque

La villa est en parfait état, avec une vue extraordinaire. La piscine magnifique, les chaises longues et parasols, la table de ping-pong, le terrain de pétanque, le coin-bar, la cuisine très bien équipée, ... tout est parfait pour des vacances où chacun trouve son bonheur. Peu de touristes dans le village, ce qui rend les contacts assez sympas avec les commerçants ou restaurateurs. Durant notre semaine de vacances, nous avons visité Delphes (tôt le matin - le site est exceptionnel) et Athènes (la journée dans le musée archéologique climatisé, et le soir à la Plaka). Le village de Theologos nous a semblé charmant, calme, loin des plages bondées - nous étions en juillet - et cependant, le dernier soir de notre séjour, nous avons découvert aussi une tout autre ambiance, jeune et festive, dans quelques bars le long du petit port! D'excellents souvenirs.

Un petit paradis !

Un séjour sublime : Une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, une piscine XXL incroyable, un intérieur très agréable. Encore mieux que les photos ! Nous étions 3 couples, 6 ados, 2 enfants. Piscine, crique, plage, ski-nautique, tout y est pour passer des moments inoubliables quelque soit l'âge. Pas de touristes non plus ce qui rend les tarifs des petits restaurants à proximité très abordables. En prime, Anne la propriétaire est fort sympathique. N'hésitez plus !

Magnifique séjour

Bonne description qui correspond tout à fait à la réalité très bon entretien de la villa , propre et décoré avec goût. Je recommande sans hésitation cette villa à des amis. Grâce aux livres mis a notre disposition nous avons visité le zoo qui se situe a spata (athène) où on peut y voir des dauphins, par exemple. Très belle maison confortable avec une magnifique piscine et son jacuzzi, la villa se situe dans un endroit calme et reposant situé à proximité de magnifique plage en galets.La propriétaire est très accueillante et très gentille.

Maison très agréable à Théologos

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 14 (6 adultes et 8 enfants) dans cette maison disposant d'une très belle piscine avec vue imprenable sur la mer et l'Ile d'Ebée. Les prestations qu'offre cette maison récemment rénovée avec goût sont de qualité et l'accueil est d'une extrême amabilité. En deux mots : séjour parfait !

La villa Zoé à Théologos ...

La villa Zoé à Théologos est parfaitement équipée; nous y avons séjourné à 15 (9 adultes + 6 enfants) et tout le monde y a trouvé confortablement sa place. L'ensemble est bien climatisé. La piscine est vraiment superbe et le soir magnifiquement éclairée pour les bains de nuit dont nous avons usé avec délice. La maison est facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport d'Athènes, ce qui est très commode pour jouir rapidement de ses vacances.
