Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Enjoy this spacious and welcoming 150 m² home, located in a quiet rural area just a few minutes from the centre of Loja. It is an ideal option for families and groups seeking privacy, nature and comfort during their holidays.
The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, another with a 135 cm bed and en-suite bathroom, and a third with four single beds arranged in two trundle beds. It also has another interior bathroom with shower and a practical outdoor bathroom next to the swimming pool.
The lounge has a fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix and fibre optic wifi connection. The American kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee maker and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Outside you will find a private swimming pool, garden, 60 m² terrace, outdoor furniture and gas and charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The plot is fenced and has private parking.
The accommodation also features ceiling fans in the bedrooms, mosquito nets, alarm system, cot and high chair upon request.
Its location allows you to easily visit Loja, Granada, Antequera, the Iznájar reservoir and the beaches of Málaga. Furthermore, it has excellent connections with both the Loja AVE station and the airports of Granada and Málaga.
