Coastal paths are less than 2 km away. The beautiful beach of Saint-Pierre, 4 km away, is easily accessible via the cycle path that passes near the house. The town of Locmariaquer, its shops, as well as its port with boats heading to the Gulf and the Islands of Ponant are 3.5 km away. The nearest supermarket is approximately 3 km away.



Auray and its station are located about fifteen kilometres away.



House in a quiet residential area, with a garden bordered to the west by a green space. It includes:



On the ground floor:

-Entrance to living room: sofa, coffee table, armchair, television, sideboard, dining table with 6 chairs;

-Open kitchen: 4-burner hob (gas), extractor hood, microwave, mini oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster;

-Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, armchair, storage cupboard;

-Bathroom, separate toilet;

-Garage/utility room with washing machine and dishwasher (direct access from kitchen).



On the 2nd floor:

-Room 2: 1 bed of 140 cm, chest of drawers, storage bench, armchair;

-Room 3: 2 beds of 90 cm, wardrobe;

-Bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin and toilet.

Parking possible for 2 vehicles on the plot.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €400 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity consumption included from May to early October, additional based on meter reading outside this period.

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Pets: not allowed

Linen not provided: possibility of rental at an additional cost

End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat rate.
