"The staff were excellent, especially at check-in/check/out. Location is central to everything you want to see and very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants right along the bridge/river. Beds were very comfy and room was clean. Updated bathroom. My only critique os that the floors un my room creaked so bad. "The bed linens and towels were clean, but the floors in the room looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The room was also very warm. The staff was friendly thoigh and greeted us warmly upon arrival."
