Best place to be!

It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place.

The hotel looks nice and modern, especially the lobby and rooms. However, calling it a “spa hotel” is misleading. The spa area consists of a small whirlpool on a balcony and two saunas; far too limited to justify the label. The relaxation room has very few loungers, which are often blocked by towels for long periods. The billiard table in the lobby was occupied by guests attending an external event, and when we asked staff for assistance, we were told to handle it ourselves — not very professional. Breakfast was included, but when we asked to reserve a table for our daughter’s birthday, we were told “first come, first served.” Overall, nice design, but limited facilities, unhelpful service, and significantly overpriced for what you get. Very weak wifi at the hotel.

Nice Place - could do with a SPA Massage Menu

It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing.

Great experience. Helpful and highly attentive hotel team. Parking in front of the building, or in front of the supermarket. Easy and quick access to Locarno via public transport. Only drawback for me - it is impossible to open windows in the room, but AC worked exceptionally well.
