"This motel is not fancy but the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We couldn't connect to the wifi but once we told the owner it was fixed right away. We spent 2 nights there and were gone during the day. Since we really only needed a bed I didn't see any reason to pay for a higher priced hotel. The Champlain Motor Inn suited our needs perfectly."

"Clean room- Price - good value - Air conditioning- your parking spot is in front of your room- microwave-fridge Older motel - but kept in good shape - I’m sure updates are ongoing My only criticism- I’m not a fan of dark brown bed covers - I understand some rooms are dog friendly - not sure how often they would be sleeping on the beds !! Staff are Friendly and accommodating This motel is walking distance to many places to eat Short Driving distance to Malls & Beach/ Marina- which is gorgeous...

"The employee who I checked in with was super friendly. He showed me to my room and let me do a quick walk around before leaving. The room was clean and tidy. It was warm even with the AC (but where isn't this summer). All in all, great place to stay on your travels, I definitely recommend."
