"Excelente lugar. El bar comenzaba tarde a operar y cerraba temprano. El TV no le funcionaban los canales El lugar es sumamente tranquilo. Excelente para desconcentrarse. Piscina en excelentes condiciones. ¡Súper limpio! Tanto en las facilidades como en las habitaciones. El grupo de mantenimiento excelente."

"Mi experiencia en el Hotel Vista Verde no fue satisfactoria. El hotel muestra una evidente falta de mantenimiento y limpieza en varias áreas. Las habitaciones tenían una apariencia descuidada, con camas tamaño full para dos adultos que, además, resultaron muy incómodas. También había moho en las paredes del baño y los aires acondicionados aparentaban estar sucios. Para descansar fue muy difícil, ya que nos asignaron una habitación al lado del área del desayunador y el ruido comenzaba desde temprano. La comida fue uno de los aspectos más decepcionantes. El desayuno era muy limitado y no cumplía con lo que normalmente se espera de un desayuno continental. Además, el café no tenía buen sabor. Los alimentos tardaban demasiado en ser servidos y, en general, la calidad de la comida fue mala. Tampoco entendí el concepto de “todo incluido” que promociona el hotel, ya que no había buffet ni una variedad de opciones que justificara esa categoría. Las áreas comunes lucían poco cuidadas, con falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Tampoco había actividades o entretenimiento para mantener a los huéspedes ocupados durante la estadía, por lo que el ambiente resultó aburrido. Otro inconveniente fue que solo había una plancha para todos los huéspedes y nunca tuve la oportunidad de utilizarla. Además, los productos de baño parecían de baja calidad y daban la impresión de estar diluidos con agua. Lo más positivo de la experiencia fue la atención del personal de recepción, quienes fueron serviciales"
