The Space:

This bright and stylish studio apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The open plan living/sleeping area is made up of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart Tv. There's a full length glass door leading out to the balcony with views of the city skyline. There is high speed broadband throughout. The comfortable double bed will be made up with crisp hotel linen, and towels and toiletries are also provided. The modern bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located close to the City Centre, you are within walking distance of many major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It's around 15 minutes walk to Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs. Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, can all be reached within 20-25 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes stopping 2 minutes from the building. Liverpool Moorfield Train Station is around 15 minutes walk away and Liverpool Central and Lime Street Stations are a short Taxi or bus ride away.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
