"Exceptional hotel. Absolutely superb value for money. I researched this hotel and the reviews were spot on. Very high quality throughout - the rooms, beds, staff. The location is also perfect. Opposite Albert Dock and a 2 minute walk to Liverpool One. You are around a 10/15 minute walk from the James/Castle/Mathew St nightlife. But there are a couple of excellent bars in the Albert Dock too Very little else to say. Book this hotel with absolute confidence. Fantastic stay"

"Very clean.lovely newly refurbished bathroom. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for the train and bus stations. Also museums all within walking distance. I would have liked a softer pillow but apparently they were all the same.But that was the only problem we encountered. The lounge is stunning."

"Just would like to say everything was amazing the staff was really lovely an everything only problem was the room I was in when Iock the door I was staying in when I came back from the Tesco round the corner where I was staying when i came back when i was going into my room then i push the handle the without using the key the door just open I would say that's the only problem the lock ๐ need to get fix on the door to keep the door safe for others staying in the future the room I was staying but been there few times this place is really amazing I would advise anyone should come stay in this hotel it's a great place to stay at ๐๐"

"Helpful staff who let us change for our event in disabled facilities as we were early for check in time. Hotel room extremely hot with just a desk top fan to cool. Very noisy area so while maybe convenient for a night out was too disruptive for us."

"Night concierge was really helpful, had us checked in and in room within 5 mins, room smelt clean and fresh on arrival. Not sure if we were put in a disabled access room because the bathroom was a bit clinical like a hospital bathroom but was very clean. No TV in room or extra amenities (kettle) whitch i never checked on booking but there was a hairdryer. The only reason for the 4 stars was, we dropped husbands bank card and had to move the bed over to get it. There was a thick layer of dust and rubbish from previous guests. Beds where comfy would book again"

"Clean, well designed room. Three things needed repairing but they were sorted on the same day. Helpful staff on reception and dining room. Swimming pool bookings seemed to work well with it never being too crowded."
