"Overall we had a lovely stay, niggly problem like over head light not working, noise from car park etc. The staff were courteous and helpful. Being a city centre position it was excellent for walking to the city centre etc. The wharf well worth a visit."

"Friendly staff, lovely air con in room, big bed with soft feather pillows (always a bonus). Great walk in shower. Fabulous breakfast lots of choice, and with tea pots - that's the best thing for a tea drinker - recognition and respect! And free parking! Would definitely stay again"

"Great location close to station, coastal bus routes and with excellent sea views from the terrace and restaurant. Food really good - plenty of breakfast options and the restaurant meals were superb. Ask for tap water though - cost us £4.95 for bottle of still water! Pool lovely and warm. Room clean, comfortable and a good size. Really enjoyed our second stay here and would stay again."
