"The hotel is very well situated near all the bars and restaurants and the places of interest to visit in Brighton. However, there is a flight of stairs up to the front entrance and no ramp so we had to drag our cases up and down these stairs, which wasn’t easy as we are 2 ladies in our 70s. We had a car with us which we had to park in a public car park very conveniently placed opposite the hotel, but it was very expensive at £32 for 24 hours. Our room was clean and comfortable and we even had a view of the sea!"

"We booked a sea view room and the view is nice, but there is an open balcony area accessible from all the sea view rooms on that level. This meant other guests were outside our room all night playing music and chatting loudly. We would come back to this hotel but would avoid the sea view rooms next time"

"The accommodation was clean and well maintained. I have to say we felt the charge of £25 per dog per night extortionate, I understand the rooms may require extra cleaning, but the charge in our opinion is too high. £25 per dog per stay is more justifiable."
