"We used this hotel as a stop over, for the first time, on our way to Scotland. Great idea as the hotel is very close to the A1 and very welcoming and comfortable. It has a pool which was very relaxing before an enjoyable dinner. Also being in the centre of the village short local walks are welcome, especially to the river Ure to see the salmon steps.
