"My stay was amazing from start to finish. So glad I booked in with Stephanie and Marvin. They are the loveliest couple who have lived here for many years and made a beautiful family home which they open to guests. Stephanie is a wonderful cook and hostess with a very kind heart and will treat you like family, not like a hotel guests. My room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The property is secluded and picturesque. The only “trouble” if you will is navigating the Cornish country roads if it’s not something you’re familiar with. But that is not something you will avoid wherever you choose to stay in Cornwall."

"The host provided more lovely quality basics than any other property we have stayed in which was greatly appreciated.Our two scent hounds who are always on a lead while out, loved the enclosed fields they could run free in. Highly recommend."

"Lovely little cottage in Lovely well kept grounds. The cottage is looking a bit tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint inside, the bathroom needs a bit of maintenance but don't let that put you off if you get it at the right price. We would stay again."

"We spent a week in the cottage, had a lovely holiday. There is an additional charge for electricity which seems a bit strange. Cottage is rather cold as it doesn’t get much sunshine. Enjoyed the fishing in the lake, but lilies need removing . The grounds are kept really well. All in all a good holiday"
