Too minimalistic

We had difficulty opening apartment door with link provided and no reply to messages asking for help. Two girls arrived at 5:30, used a key to access the apartment, went in for a few minutes then left. Didn’t speak English so unable to assist other than point to the lock box. Eventually the link with the lockbox code worked and we got the key. No manual in the apartment with information on wifi or checkout process. Building door never locked. No soap or paper towels, no coffee, cooking oil or spices. Had to buy everything. No restaurant recommendations or tours. Location was great except lots of airplane noise and Lisbon did not disappoint!
