Set in a new building, Apartment 102 is a bright, modern 3-bedroom home with a large city-view balcony and access to a communal rooftop pool, which guests are welcome to use during their stay.
Ideally placed for exploring Limassol, you’ll be around 4.3km (about 11 minutes by car) from Limassol Marina, the Seafront Promenade, Limassol Castle and the Limassol Old Port. Day-to-day essentials are close by too, with supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacies, shops and restaurants all within about a 5-minute walk, and bus transportation just a 4-minute walk away.
Designed for both short breaks and business trips, the apartment sleeps 8 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay:
– 3 double-bed bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed in the lounge

- On departure, keys must be returned to the key box; otherwise a locksmith fee will apply.
Check-in any time after 4:00 p.m.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Late check-out without approval is subject to a minimum €50 fee.

Private Parking
1. The parking area can be accessed from both the right side and the left side of the building (Photo 1).
2. Park in the designated spot marked “102” on the floor (Photo 8).
Arrival Instructions
1. Locate the building (Photo 1), walk to the main entrance via the covered passageway, and go to the main entrance door (Photo 3).
2. At the entry intercom panel, enter code 1357 to unlock the entrance door (Photo 4).
3. Enter the lobby and take the elevator or the stairway to the first floor (Photo 3).
4. Follow the apartment numbering to apartment 102 and find the lockbox mounted on the wall under the “102” sign (Photo 6).
5. Open the lockbox using the lockbox code 1023, collect the keys, close the lockbox, and scramble the code.
Water Heater
1. The water heater switch is on the wall outside the bathroom door, labelled “Water Heater” (Photo 7).
2. Use it only on cloudy days (when solar hot water may be limited). Turn it on and wait about 1 hour for hot water.
3. Turn the water heater off again after use.

– Cleaning tools: A broom, drying rack, mop, and bucket are outside on the balcony.
– Storage unit access: If you need access to the storage unit, please contact us and we will assist.
– Mid-stay cleaning: We can arrange additional mid-stay cleaning services upon request. If you are interested, please contact Guest Support.
– Keys & items: Always carry your apartment key with you to avoid lockouts. Lost or unreturned keys (locksmith fees apply), missing remote controls (TV/Ac), or any damaged/missing items will be charged at replacement/repair cost. Please report any issues immediately upon arrival.
Before You Leave
– Turn off all lights.
– Dispose of garbage in the bin area on the right-hand side of the building, approximately 20 meters from the main entrance door (Photo 5).
– Leave the keys in the lockbox outside the apartment door, then close the lockbox and scramble the code (Photo 6).
