Super service. Amazing view. Lovely protected ocean area to swim in and snorkel. Absolutely amazing and will definitely return. Charmaine at the front desk also did a great job checking us in and helping us with any questions.

Even though it was after the hurricane and not, everybody was on board for tourists, I had a wonderful time. The staff treated me like family, the grounds were still beautiful and the hula and ukulele lessons in the lobby were wonderful. Everyone there treated me with great aloha and even without a car it was a great place to be when I come back to this is where I stay.

Location is a great central spot for most the island. Since the hurricane a few places and things non accessible but from where we stayed it was a 30/45 min drive to all the beaches and food possibilities. Hotel has great staff and fun amenities. Walking paths close by to for beach or running. Great spot for sunrise as well. Beach is 2 min walk for a great view every morning

We were welcomed in by the night manager and settled in to our comfortable room for the night. We had breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed some ukulele playing in the lobby. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We were very happy staying here and will do so again when we come back.

Staff was EXCELLENT during Hurricane on 9/5/26 , there’s no light for 3-4 days no food around, Management and entire team fed 200 people Three times a day and we were vegetarian, they try there best to give us vegetarian meals We appreciate the entire team of hotel Ownership we’re enjoying there life some where in cozy places While All Managers and Entire Staff wearing BIG SMILES and serving everyone GOOD JOB TEAM

We enjoyed our stay here - good location, close to restaurants and various food options, and especially Lydgate Beach which is right behind the hotel. Perfect beach for kids big and small, fun waves, and lots of fish to see. The hotel itself could do with a refresh in the hallways but it's a nice welcoming reception area, very mid century modern layout. We had an issue with our room key not working, and staff were quick to give us a new room. We'd stay here again.

The concierge were super nice and recommended a lot of fun things to do. The front desk staff was terrible at first I didn’t get the room that I requested and reserved. I finally had to argue and yelled to get it which I hate to do. They never told me there was a parking fee per day when they gave me a parking pass. I will never return to this property.
