Large spacious room with pleasing interior design. Excellent view from the terrace. All amenities for the kitchen were available. Unfortunately the installed AC heating was too underpowered to get the room comfortably warm with freezing temperatures outside.

Lovely hotel, really noisy street

Really nice room, comfy bed, nice little kitchen so I could make myself breakfast. Super friendly people. However, my room was first floor facing the street, and there were people shouting/fighting basically the whole night. I am a good sleeper, but didn't sleep at all and was so tired the next day it ruined the thing that I had gone to Liege for in the first place. So sadly, unless I could guarantee a room facing the other side, I wouldn't go back.

The air con was amazing in the current heat. The space inside was great. The location was pretty good. The whole area and especially the room smelt a bit like sewage. The electric gate was noisy and disturbing. The note to clean dishes or get fined was unnecessarily aggressive. Not sure why they have to take £50 deposit. No other hotel we stayed in did.

The hotel was great. It had a nice kitchen and the bathroom was updated. The mattress left a lot to be desired. Cheap and uncomfortable. I would visit again if it weren’t for the beds. Not worth the backache.

We checked in after hours, system did not have us, had to call and get help. Lady was helpful and spoke good English. Made the process difficult and frustrating after a long day. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Must do your own dishes/ cups or pay extra. No parking.

Being unmanned on reception till 3pm daily was not ideal. Checkin at 3pm a bit late in my opinion. Too many emails to confirm booking, payment, checkin and checkout. Lacked the personal touch completely. The advisor on the telephone was very good luckily as I needed to call her many times to help get in using the many codes. Overall a ok place if you know the checkin/out process and don’t need any advice about the city and how to get around.

We were promised a 10% discount because the staff accidentally locked us out of our room. Meanwhile, they were not in the office. So it was super inconvenient, we wanted to rest and had no where to go. They apologized but didn't deliver on the discount.

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare due to closed street. Although this was not the fault of the hotel they should have stated the possibility of street closure due to construction works on thier website. The closure resulted in having to haul our luggage for several hundred meters from our car to the hotel. Staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Room and standard was very nice.

設備は清潔感があり、広さも十分にありました。チェックインの時間帯以外には、人が在中していません。基本的に玄関にあるモニターを使ってチェックイン、チェックアウトをします。バスルームのシンクの排水状態が悪く、それを伝えたかったのですが、朝早く出て、ホテルへの戻りが遅い日が続いたので、なかなかスタッフに伝えることができませんでした。キッチンにもシンクがありますので、水回りの用事はそちらで事なきを得ました。お会いしたスタッフは、フレンドリーで非常に感じの良い方でした。
